Hej! Let us introduce ourselves
In 2017, we, Lucien and José, decided to fulfill our dream and emigrate to northern Sweden. After a long search, we found our home in the picturesque Linsell, where we started our restaurant. With the granting of our personal number in October 2017, we were able to officially get started.
What began as a small restaurant with a heart for traditional (Dutch) cuisine has now grown into a unique place where you can not only enjoy delicious meals but also an unforgettable stay. In 2023, we expanded our adventure with the purchase and renovation of three charming stuga's (Swedish for cottage).
Two of these cozy cottages accommodate up to 2 people, while the third can host up to 4 people.
